My name is Frances Heaton.

I discovered yoga in 1984 and I have been hooked ever since!

I instantly felt the benefits physically and mentally and wanted to share it with everyone, so I studied with The British Wheel Of Yoga

to gain my teaching diploma in 1993 and I have been teaching ever since.

I teach Hatha yoga and have developed my own style, from practicing with some amazing teachers and from all my years of study and practice.
